On December 16th,, Dalian Ocean University (DLOU) held the Blue Ocean Trip: Cross-Strait Marine Education and Culture Exchange Event online. Scholars from Taiwan Ocean University attended the conference online, staff from the International Exchange and Cooperation Office and the School of Food Science and Engineering of DLOU attended the conference. Zhang Guochen, Vice President of DLOU, attended the event and delivered a speech.
Zhang Guochen, on behalf of the university, welcomed the experts and scholars participating the event and pointed out that DLOU and Taiwan Ocean University have forged close partnership and had the all-round cooperation in student training, teacher exchanges, and academic research in the past 10 years. He hoped that via the event, a platform for academic exchanges between the two universities can be built to pool the wisdom and strength of both sides, share insights, and explore the innovations in marine and aquatic sciences.
In this event, experts and scholars of DLOU and Taiwan Ocean University delivered 4 academic reports in the field of marine and aquatic products, which was of great significance to the mutual in-depth development and cooperation.
